You can book a session by clicking the “Book a session” button. Simply choose the type of support you wish to receive, select the date and time that suit you from the calendar, and enter your contact details. All necessary information — including the link to the virtual meeting platform — will be sent to you by email.
Each session lasts approximately one hour. It takes place online, through a virtual meeting platform, allowing you to experience this moment from wherever you are — in the comfort of your own space.
To fully benefit from the experience, settle into a peaceful environment, free from distractions, with a stable internet connection. If you wish, using headphones can enhance your immersion and help you stay gently present.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the essential details to help you prepare with ease.
Yes, recording the session is absolutely possible via the virtual meeting platform, allowing you to listen back at your own pace. At the beginning of each session, I will ask whether you’d like it to be recorded.
After our exchange, you’ll receive an email containing the access link to the recording along with a personal password. The recording will remain available for one month before being automatically deleted
The price of each session is $95 CAD, as indicated in the description of each service.
Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer (for Canada) or bank transfer (RIB) for France and other European countries.
To confirm your session, payment must be completed at the time of booking.
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
