All necessary information — including the link to the virtual meeting platform — will be sent to you by email.
The duration of my sessions varies between thirty minutes and one hour, depending on the option chosen. They take place online via a virtual meeting platform, allowing you to experience this moment from wherever you are.
To fully enjoy the experience, I invite you to settle into a peaceful space, free from distractions. If you wish, using headphones can enhance your sense of immersion.

Yes, recording the session is absolutely possible via the virtual meeting platform, allowing you to listen back at your own pace. At the beginning of each session, I will ask whether you’d like it to be recorded.
After our exchange, you’ll receive an email containing the access link to the recording along with a personal password. The recording will remain available for one month before being automatically deleted
Session fees range from $70 CAD to $95 CAD, depending on the chosen service. All pricing details are provided in the service descriptions.
Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer for Canada and bank transfer (RIB) for France and Europe. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
