How can I book a session?

You can book a session by clicking the “Book a session” button. Simply choose the type of support you wish to receive, select the date and time that suit you from the calendar, and enter your contact details. All necessary information — including the link to the virtual meeting platform — will be sent to you by email.

Can the session be recorded if I wish?

Accepted Answer

Yes, recording the session is absolutely possible via the virtual meeting platform, allowing you to listen back at your own pace. At the beginning of each session, I will ask whether you’d like it to be recorded.
After our exchange, you’ll receive an email containing the access link to the recording along with a personal password. The recording will remain available for one month before being automatically deleted

What are your pricing and payment methods?

Accepted Answer

The price of each session is $95 CAD, as indicated in the description of each service.Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer (for Canada) or bank transfer (RIB) for France and other European countries.To confirm your session, payment must be completed at the time of booking.

Can I modify or cancel a booking?

Yes, sessions can be rescheduled, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
